Jomashop - Horrible service

I just wanted to drop a line here. I purchased my third watch from them and had issues with it within the first two weeks.

Called customer support and ask to speak to a manager, guess who answer? The same guy you talk to. It was the worst most frustrating conversation i ever had with a "customer service" manager. This guy is a joke and is beyond me as to how he came into that position.

He hang up the call on me and the second time i had to hang up the call because he was literally laughing at me and saying how much he enjoyed listening to me complain about his service. I am in shock that a manager would treat his customers in that manner. Fortunately i was able to get a hold of a different supervisor by the name of Faith on my third call, she was extremely nice. Regardless, i can say that after i get my issue resolved, i will never again do business with jomashop again.

They have nice watches and really good prices, but customer service is a joke. It looks like they hired comedians in that department.
