They claim their goods are new but they sent me someone else's damaged return. Don't expect helpful customer service and expect to pay to ship the damaged junk back to them. Never again.

I return a watch to jomashop I'd got for Christmas and wanted to exchange it I had literally taken the watch out of the box and looked at it and decided I didn't like it I boxed it up sent it back they said it was used and wouldn't take it back needless to say I'll no longer be a customer of jomashop

Jomashop - Watch not received

I ordered a Tissot watch on 11-23-18 and have not received it and it appears I won’t. I have spoken to Both Eugene and Ella and they were truly uninterested in looking into this. After reading other reviews it appears this is common practice of taking orders and not shipping. These are truly horrible people.
