Details
Jomashop is nothing more than a website. They own nor back any of their products. They take your money and then go and negotiate a buy in your jewelry. They are a broker. Their finance company AFFIRM is a fraud. I spent 60 minutes trying to verify identity with photos and address information. And they said cannot prove your identity. And closed their file. I would look elsewhere for merchandise as I am sure they get the items least desirable from other jewelers.

Your feedback is just plan lie. The shop is in Brooklyn Navy Yard and they have a on-site customer service. Stop spreading false information if you're just dissatisfy with the company.
