I purchased a $7000 watch from Jomashop. Said 1-2 weeks to ship. I've been waiting 6 months! Periodic inquiries to customer service say "we'll look into it." They then tell me it'll be a little longer. Granted they haven't charged me and won't until it ships but WTF! Just cancel if you can't fulfill and let me buy elsewhere. Can't beat the price but it doesn't matter if they never fulfill the order!

Thank you for sharing your experience. Your post was very helpful.Please DISREGARD the embarrassingly crude comment by "VAM."Another case of "VAM" ganging up on another Jomashop customer.What a consistently disgusting and transparent display by VAM.Surely they are employees of Jomashop.

They consistently bash persons posting legitimate complaints against Jomashop.

Their behavior borders on the criminal. This REALLY needs to be stopped.
