I bought TAG Heuer Carrera from them. It arrived loose in the box and several things were broken. But the main part - the watch did not keep the time! So I ran the serial number on Trusted but it didn't show as genuine. I contacted their support and after I got tru their BS they approved me to return the watch.You think it's over? *** no - they kept me hanging for several weeks and then they told me no refund because of the scratch on the watch! But I told them about those things SAME DAY I got the watch!!! So now - no money, no watch (they told me they will ship it to me but who need broken fake watch?!)I closed the dispute with my CC because they promised me to issue a refund.Guys, if you wanna good watch - just look elsewhere. This schmacks should be out of business...

According to the Jomashop Returns & Exchanges policy, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) within 30 days from shipping from their warehouse. You should request a Return Merchandise Authorization number from jomashop.com by clicking the Return Request Form here https://help.jomashop.com/articles/31751-start-a-return-returns-center.

RMA numbers are valid for ten days. You should include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect. The company suggests shipping via insured ground service (USPS or UPS) with a tracking number.

Please note that Jomashop does not accept any returns from Federal Express. If you still need any assistance, you may try to reach out to Jomashop Customer Support directly via the Contacts tab on Pissed Consumer.

I have watched the LC for 8 years and alot of my jewelry breaks the watches I purchase the stems always fall out I purchased a Burmese ruby bracelet and the ways it closes is broken yet I do continue to come back we pay for what we get but let me say I will never go to a jewelry store again when I purchased a Rolex from B.B. and found out they paid 250.00 and charge me 4000.00 the mark-up is beyond ridiculous so let's be fair I would have no jewelry if it was not for the LC I just keep my expectations with the price I pay so thank you LC if you don't like what they sell do not purchase it.

I will not pay what department store charge for costume jewelry so where do you suggest people go even if it just for the gems. Stop complaining, I do agree with comments on Nikki I stopped watching the other jewelry channel when she was on I mean narcissistic someone needs to explain I do not want a song with every ring or I hate hate when she dances like she thinks she is a model I'm sure she is nice but I did not like her on General Hospital being Sonny's new interest talk about bad acting!!!

I really like Katy and her husband anyway if someone out there know where I can purchase cheap jewelry that's fantastic and does not break i have purchased crap at top jewelry stores and paid 100% markup that's how much you pay. Going back to watching 10 dollar Friday

Bought a tag heuer carrera 01. it Says it’s 100 Meter water resistant but is not. Had it for 3 days, took a trip to Hawaii. Second day there water got in. They blame me for not putting the crown in, when I know I did first day I got it. Issue happened 5 days later....

I think they sell broken watches, then when you send it back for a refund or replacement they say it has a "scratch" or didnt have all original paperwork "even if it did" then tell you they can only repair watch and will take 8 to 12 weeks.. so they already have my money and I'm out a watch. will see if I ever get it back

Bought a DS Caimano....came in its protective plastic etc....was pleased with it so wore it to my office job...however I noticed after about a day that the two sides of the case at the 9 o'clock position did not meet as though they had been praised part slightly...also many scratch marks in the area. Sent it back to Jomashop from UK and they won't replace it because I have worn the watch....even though the defect was in the watch and nothing to do with wearing it....ruins the watch for me....money down the drain

Purchased new Longines watches. The calendar stop working within a month. Sent back for repair. Called in 3 weeks to check on the progress. Was told that it has not been yet sent for a repair and that it will take 8-10 weeks for a repair starting today. The customer service rep. was not able to explain what was the reason for keeping my watch for 3 weeks without doing anything.
