I bought TAG Heuer Carrera from them. It arrived loose in the box and several things were broken. But the main part - the watch did not keep the time! So I ran the serial number on Trusted but it didn't show as genuine. I contacted their support and after I got tru their BS they approved me to return the watch.You think it's over? *** no - they kept me hanging for several weeks and then they told me no refund because of the scratch on the watch! But I told them about those things SAME DAY I got the watch!!! So now - no money, no watch (they told me they will ship it to me but who need broken fake watch?!)I closed the dispute with my CC because they promised me to issue a refund.Guys, if you wanna good watch - just look elsewhere. This schmacks should be out of business...

According to the Jomashop Returns & Exchanges policy, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) within 30 days from shipping from their warehouse. You should request a Return Merchandise Authorization number from jomashop.com by clicking the Return Request Form here https://help.jomashop.com/articles/31751-start-a-return-returns-center.

RMA numbers are valid for ten days. You should include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect. The company suggests shipping via insured ground service (USPS or UPS) with a tracking number.

Please note that Jomashop does not accept any returns from Federal Express. If you still need any assistance, you may try to reach out to Jomashop Customer Support directly via the Contacts tab on Pissed Consumer.

Jomashop - Bad customer service

Details
Purchased new Longines watches. The calendar stop working within a month. Sent back for repair. Called in 3 weeks to check on the progress. Was told that it has not been yet sent for a repair and that it will take 8-10 weeks for a repair starting today. The customer service rep. was not able to explain what was the reason for keeping my watch for 3 weeks without doing anything.

I’m trying to tell everyone I know to beware. I only received a partial refund.

I put an order of sunglasses $79.99 and I paid it via WeChat. It was May last year. Later, I waited and waited, 3 weeks passed. I did not receive anything but I called back. They said I need to wait another 6 weeks before they need to tell the factory in Italy to make it for me. Okay, I believed what they told me. 9 weeks passed, I called them again and ask what’s going on? They said the sunglasses I want, no more. Jeez! Then asked refund the $79.99 they said they will do it. 7 business days later, no any refund to my WeChat account. I called them again, they provided a transaction number for me and affirmed the refund is done. Until now, one year passed, I still don’t have any refund. My money is gone! Forever!

I apply the staurday shippong when i order and i click the box for Saturday shipping. The package arrive on monday even it is estimate on saturday for special event. I missed the event and i do not want to have the item. So i return this item. Jomashop said you are not pock the saturday shipping but i picked the next day air.... hm i checked my invoice and clearly i can see the saturday delivery. Jomashop want me to pay the return shipping and insurance for the item even though jomashop did not make the promised delivery. Jomashop make you like a crazy customer when you are complain about your situation. Worst customer service ever.
