My advice is: Do not purchase anything from Jomashop. I purchased a watch for my husband online andwhen we first received it only worked for a week or so. First of all be prepared to wait 20mn or more to have someone pick up the phone, that is if they do not hang up on you... I immediately returned unopened package for a Citizen Navihawk A-T Blue Angel watch model jy8031-56l because Jomashop will not warranty due to possible water damage. Normally Citizen watches are covered for 5 years. However Jomashop is NOT an Authorized Citizen dealer!

They don't honor returns. The CS they have working are uneducated welfare recipient new yorkers. The real bottom of the barrel.Don't believe me? Call them, stupidity at it's best. Terrible company: horrible CS. I ordered a Movado Jan 31, 2017. Their website showed 1-2 weeks. One week later, I received an email that said 3-5 more weeks. I tried for 3 days to call CS. I was on hold somedays for 27 minutes with two phones calling. Today I finally reached a rep Emma at extension 2884. She told me it "should" be 3-5 and there would be no "Movado" warranty. They have been so unprofessional and dissatisfying.. the watch never reached in time and then was held in customs like forever and the customs asked for the custom charged which was never informed before hand and when i called them the supervisor ella talked to me in a rude and harsh way with no understanding of my frustration at all... i would take this complaint further to customer service but i would recommend not to shop from these guys coz... Order M1522051 I ordered a Tissot watch on 1/30/17 for $543. On 1/31/17 I asked them to expedite the shipping, which cost an additional $20. I asked them not to charge my credit card again for $563, but only for the $20 increased shipping costs. They charged me $563. Today is 2/2/17 and those funds have not been reversed. I ordered a watch for Christmas. Over 2 months later the watch still had not arrived. I called customer service to see what is going on and rectify the problem. Hello, I purchased a purse from jomashop for my fiance. I bought it about 2 months before I actually gave it to her. When she opened it (Left in original packaging) a clasp was broke on the Michael Kors $130 purse. When I called them they told me there was nothing they could do since i was past the 30 days. I purchased a Burberry scarf for $325 from Jomashop. After much investigation and even speaking with Burbrrry directly, the scarf turned out to be fake. I reached out to Jamashop to remedy the situation only to speak with one rude manager after the other.
