Pissed Consumer Interviews ?

I bought TAG Heuer Carrera from them. It arrived loose in the box and several things were broken. But the main part - the watch did not keep the time! So I ran the serial number on Trusted but it didn't show as genuine. I contacted their support and after I got tru their BS they approved me to return the watch.You think it's over? *** no - they kept me hanging for several weeks and then they told me no refund because of the scratch on the watch! But I told them about those things SAME DAY I got the watch!!! So now - no money, no watch (they told me they will ship it to me but who need broken fake watch?!)I closed the dispute with my CC because they promised me to issue a refund.Guys, if you wanna good watch - just look elsewhere. This schmacks should be out of business...

Jomashop - Dont go here

I ordered a pair of sunglasses in mid April. It is now June 7th and still I have not got them, but I received an email from Joma Shop asking how I like them! I missed my wife's birthday and then mother's day a long time ago that these were suppose to be a present for. Please go to Amazon or anywhere else than this place. Costumer service is a joke here! Thanks Joma Shop! I hope you go under.

Jomashop - Dishonesty

Buying a few watches from them for a fair amount of money yet when I exchanged my watch for another brand there was a $26.00 credit due to me when I asked for it they said it was for shipping charges some thing they never charged before nor did they mention it on their exchange formality. I will not deal with them again.

Jomashop - New Omega DeVille - still in the repair shop over 4 months

I bought a new Deville SS Olympic Chronometer/chronograph in October. By December the day/date stopped working - after wearing the watch 3 times! It's late April and the watch is still not repaired. Doesn't say much for Jomashop - or Omega. Note that if you return a watch which cost over $5K, they charge you a $400 restocking fee.

I purchased a Tissot. The watch does not keep time correctly. It runs 15 minutes late every 30 days. My wife kept it for more than a few months to make sure our complaint is precise. When I request that they pay for return shipping, they became very RUDE! The first customer service representative refused to connect me to the supervisor and hung up on me. When I made a second attempt, I finally talked to a supervisor, who is REALLY rude. He tried to educate me. I will NEVER trust this company and avoid it at all cost. I regret to purchase from this company. I wish I had read the many complaints from customers on this website before dealing with them.

Jomashop - 2 defective watches now I have to pay to ship back!

First watch never worked. Immediately sent back and Jomashop sent return label. Second watch worked for 2 weeks. Was told I had to replace battery before they would allow return. $10 battery still defective. Now they say I have to pay to ship it back?!

I purchased a watch from this company and when I received it, it did not work. Contacted for a refund and nobody answers for 1 week I try. When I finally got in touch, they said they would email me. Never got an email, had to call again. Finally I went my defective item back for a FULL refund because I didn’t want to buy from them anymore. When my tracking number confirmed they received my item, I called 2 days later to find out where my refund was and they said they never received the item. I gave them tracking and they said it was signed by somebody they don’t recognie and they don’t have it. They never gave me my money. DO NOT buy from them. Go to amazon.

Jomashop - Fraud!

I placed my order 2 months ago order and have not received anything. I contacted them 2 times and they claimed that my item had been shipped and I supposedly picked it up. Finally called my credit card and reported it as a fraud on my credit card. Credit company reimbursed me but which is good. This whole experiance with Jomashop costed me time and nerves. Please do not buy anything from Jomashop!!!!!! It is fraud
