Jomashop avoids return policy by frauding condition of return
I bought a Women's Gucci watch through their website before Christmas. I was promised delivery by Christmas Eve. The watch came one week after Christmas. It looked fake, made of poor quality material? A Gucci Watch? Needless to say, I did not want it anymore. As with all returns, I took pictures of the watch before I returned it to make sure I had evidence that it was in immaculate condition. (After the hassle of getting an RMA number) I send the watch back. I returned it and tracking confirmed that it was delivered. When I did not hear back from Jomashop two weeks later I inquired by email that I have not received my refund. I was told that it take a while to get that back. I did not hear back three weeks later and I inquired again of the hold up. I was then told that the watch had signs of wear and would be returned to me. I told them that I have pictures proving the condition of the watch, but they did not seem to impressed. I send them the pictures. No answer. I believe this is the way the company avoids any returns. This is their business practice. So be very careful. I did never receive the watch nor the refund. The watch was claimed to have been send out but I never got it. I filed a claim with Amazon, Better business and Fox News. I I believe Jomashop are crooks. The person I talked to was Lillian.
Jomashop in Austin, Texas - Good prices - terrible service
The prices at Jomashop are competitive. But their customer service is horrible. If you have a problem with a product after they have your money you might as well write to them (that way you won't be aggravated by their horrendous "customer service for a week or so. If you choose to call you will likely swear to never do businees with them ever again. You will have to listen to annoying ads, terrible 'music' and outrageous lies about your "wait time" while you sit on hold for 20 to 30 minutes . One of the worst companies I've ever experienced...in this regard.
I ordered this watch for a fathers day gift on April 7, 2013. I believe the watch came on the 15th or 16th. On April 12, 2013 my husband had emergency open heart surgery. As of May 12, 2013 he is not recovering from this surgery and will never get the chance to wear...
I tried to order a watch on-line but the order would not process. I called the store and the agent processed my transaction (a watch for $199). Two weeks later it still was not shipped. I called the store and the agent said "for some reason the order did not process."...
