Hello, I ordered three watches from jomoshop I received what I picked the watches in excellent quality never had an issues , the only thing that they don't update shipping status like when I log in my account does not show my orders , one watch took little longer to be shipped assuming may not in their stock so have to order it , I bought watches from other companies never had an issues.

Yep! AGREED!!!!

The rep hung up on me after I confronted him that he was the same guy who "ignored" me while talking on "live chat".

He claimed that he didn't know me but was able to cite what he and I discussed "online". He got so upset, he hung up on me and "CANCELLED" my $1450 order!!!

Rude and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Purchased an Omega watch from them for more then 6000 dollars. The watch stopped working after 2 months. I have sent the watch back for warranty repair more then 4 months ago. I am calling now every week asking when they will fix the watch and the routine answer I get is " we no not know yet may be next week..." I have reported them to BBB but since they are BBB members i.e they pay BBB a fee they have listed Joma shop as A+ business in spite of hundreds and hundreds of complaints you can find in the internet (go figure!). I am considering taking legal action against this company. So if you think you will get a deal purchasing from them think twice!

Bought a Seiko watch from skx173 from JAMOSHOP MARCH 2014,2nd time i wore it stem & crown broke.Called jomashop they tell me stem& crown are not covered under warranty.I took it to a nearby watch repairman,he tells me that watch is not aunthetic SEIKO,band and back are chinese.so i guess the whole watch is chinese.if you want a chinese replica get it from jamoshop.

after approx. 5 months and lot of calls and sweat I god the watch back after repair.

Lets keep fingers crossed that it works properly now. One thing for sure - I will never buy anything from Jomashop.

Jomashop avoids return policy by frauding condition of return

I bought a Women's Gucci watch through their website before Christmas. I was promised delivery by Christmas Eve. The watch came one week after Christmas. It looked fake, made of poor quality material? A Gucci Watch? Needless to say, I did not want it anymore. As with all returns, I took pictures of the watch before I returned it to make sure I had evidence that it was in immaculate condition. (After the hassle of getting an RMA number) I send the watch back. I returned it and tracking confirmed that it was delivered. When I did not hear back from Jomashop two weeks later I inquired by email that I have not received my refund. I was told that it take a while to get that back. I did not hear back three weeks later and I inquired again of the hold up. I was then told that the watch had signs of wear and would be returned to me. I told them that I have pictures proving the condition of the watch, but they did not seem to impressed. I send them the pictures. No answer. I believe this is the way the company avoids any returns. This is their business practice. So be very careful. I did never receive the watch nor the refund. The watch was claimed to have been send out but I never got it. I filed a claim with Amazon, Better business and Fox News. I I believe Jomashop are crooks. The person I talked to was Lillian.

Jomashop in Austin, Texas - Good prices - terrible service

The prices at Jomashop are competitive. But their customer service is horrible. If you have a problem with a product after they have your money you might as well write to them (that way you won't be aggravated by their horrendous "customer service for a week or so. If you choose to call you will likely swear to never do businees with them ever again. You will have to listen to annoying ads, terrible 'music' and outrageous lies about your "wait time" while you sit on hold for 20 to 30 minutes . One of the worst companies I've ever experienced...in this regard.

Here it is 2016 and nothing seems to have changed since the previous review. Ordered a Baume & Mercier watch and everything was find until the 28th day I had the watch when the movement stopped working completely.

I have since returned the watch looking for a refund and confirmed that Jomashop received the package 12 days ago. Think I've heard anything since?

Thankfully I used my AMEX for the purchase and they're backing my dispute to either get a response or refund my money. If you're going to buy anything from this place I'd suggest you do it with a lawyer on standby.

I ordered a Watch by this website too on the 18 of january 2014. Very good price...

but had to wait more than 3 weeks for shipping... I called them from France, sent emails (they dont answer, apart for orders..., logged on chat; always the same answer : "we are sorry, your Watch will be shipped next week". 3 weeks later i cancelled the order.

So their 'in stock' watches are not!

once order cancelled, no coupon code as apologize, no commercial and additionnal percent off...

Jomashop, as a Watches seller, just made me loose my TIME
