Roy did the same thing to me today when I called and asked to speak to a manager (Roy) was who they transferred me to. My order had came in damaged and I asked for a replacement, he told me he wouldn't guarantee that I would have it in time for Christmas then hung up on me. He shouldn't even have a job as a customer service agent let alone a manager.

On 24th October, I received a refund from Jomashop for a watch incorrectly sent to me for which I was charged.

The mater is now resolved

It was unfortunate that Jomashop were difficult to deal with and the problem was not dealt with quickly enhancing my opinion of the company.

My personal experience with these kinds of discount shops in NY and in FL, always the same. Horrible customer service, very long waits to get to someone, very rude, and bluntly unhelpful, they all treat you as if you're from west bank.

Cheap mentality infested with greed. Don't by from NY, they're all jerks.

Jomashop in Brooklyn, New York - Lousy Customer Service

I purchased a watch online from JomaShop at the end of 2014. The beginning of April 2015 the watch is running slow. I call them. It takes 15 minutes to speak to someone and he says, sounds like you need a new battery. After less than 4 months? I have the battery replaced for $17 for a $95 watch. Now, purchasing from them costs more than buying from Macy's. I call back and ask for reimbursement for the cost of the battery. They say "our policy is to only replace batteries within 60 days of purchase." We are not responsible if the watch has been in our warehouse and the battery runs down. Can I speak to a manager. He says send in the watch. I say you are not listening I already replace the battery. I would like reimbursement for the cost. He says "our policy is to only replace batteries within 60 days of purchase." I say do you want a happy customer. He says not our problem. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING JOMASHOP.

Jomashop in Las Vegas, Nevada - Poor Customer Service

Ordered a men's Citizen Eco-Drive watch. On Citizen's website they show the watch with luminous hands, on Jomashops site they also show the watch with luminous hands. But the watch I received doesn't have luminous hands. I also had trouble setting the Date on the watch. I contacted Jomashop by email and left a voicemail message. Never got a response! Customer service is not in their vocabulary. So, I'm not sure what to think of this company. I'm not sure if my watch is real, or a knock-off. After three months it so far is keeping good time. But to play it safe, I won't buy from them again. With that I said, buyer beware!!!
