Purchased a watch on sale and received an order confirmation. Five days later - when the order was still "processing" - suriprise, received an email claiming he watch was now out of stock but offering a $20.00 coupon to purchase another watch at significantly higher cost. Will not be back - save yourself some grief and shop elsewhere.

Your feedback is just plan lie. The shop is in Brooklyn Navy Yard and they have a on-site customer service. Stop spreading false information if you're just dissatisfy with the company.

Read the Special Order section...they dupe you into thinking its a 30 day return policy, but if over $4000, they actuall apply a 8% restock, even if not a Special Order.
