We went to Pet R Us and had excellent service and ended up spending £450 in all. Guess where we will get our pet stuff now.

Im wondering if you are trying to give Pets at Home a run for their money in the non provision of goods department?

No loose bird seed, no millet, no prepackaged fruit sticks - compression of bird, small animal and reptile goods from four aisles to three. But an additional 700+ dog products. I guess the dog product market is more financially lucrative although the prepackaged seed mixes are creeping up in price.

About my recent occurenced of contaminated maggot infested lfj wood and meadow hay tight packed and maggoted.

Then I found DC the wood had it too .

Took it all back to high Wickham store, on Tuesday this week .I'm a regular customer there and never had a contaminated item .it may if been a bad batch of processing unfurtunate . I've bought some small packed wood today and keeping my eye on it before the maggots jumped up the wall .

Questioning why i cannot order a product online for delivery

I have tried on several occasions to order for delivery Red Mill Racer from the website but only to be told it cannot be delivered. I have to travel around 30 miles to my nearest store, but many times when I get to the store the item isn't in stock, and you don't stock many bags of it anyway.

I try to buy 4 bags a week along with other dog/cat food, usually spending around £145/175 each week, so you can see I am a good customer. So my question is, why is the product not for delivery, and why do you not stock many bags of it in the stores?

There are usually only 2 bags, if I am lucky, in each store at any one time. So how can I get a regular 4 bags of Red Mill Racer every week from your stores?

A young man named Jack served me. Such a pleasant and helpful young man.

While buying my dog food he made a number of suggestions regarding my pets possible needs. He seemed genuinely interested in my dog and he mentioned a range of products on special offer at the moment. I purchased additional products as a result of our conversation. He is such a lovely person to have working in your store.

Other staff even carried my purchases to my car.

Well done jolly's at Damolly retail park. A big shout out to Jack.

Once the problem was recognised they quickly dealt with the issue, so hopefully next time around all should be ok
