Placed a personal online order for Store Pick-up at 453pm. The Jollibee App stated the order would be ready for pickup at 458.
At 543pm (50 minutes later) I was told I had to wait another 15mins. Meanwhile, persons were placing in-store orders and receiving their orders after I did.
JOLLIBEE JAMAICA QUEENS has the most inefficient online pick-up service I have ever experienced. They have no value or regard for customers time. Ubereats and in-store orders are processed and prepared faster than online order.
This is my 4th encounter with unreasonable delay at this location.
I've complained to the staff about it after each subsequent visit and nothing changed. Mitzi, the manager has not demonstrated enough initiative in escalating order fulfillment.

I went thru drive thru on Wednesday December 6, 2023 where I was then told to go to the front where I waited and watched others receive their food. I went into store only to be ignored while at counter after waiting for 10 min outside.
When I finally got attention of cashier, I explained what happened only to be told my food was in a dine in tray waiting for pick up. I asked why and couldnt get an answer as he bagged it. I asked for the manager only to be talked to like I didnt know what happened. I told her that she is the one that told me to go wait out front and I said that was fine but I waited for so long only to come in and find my food on a tray like I was eating in after coming thru drive thru.
She then said well we go by numbers and he was busy. I told her if her employees werent talking about what to do after work maybe things would be done right. She is a horrible manager and the staff told her I just want to know why my food was put in a tray and not bagged. I received my food cold along with zero empathy or anything else.
Horrible Management in the Brentwood Store! She doesnt know what she is doing and the only one I saw working hard was the young man at the register that tried to explain to her the error she made.

User's recommendation: Get a manager in the store that knows what she is doing. My ticket also said drive thru and not dine in. She tried to tell me it was going to be bagged when I walked in and they were calling the number that was mine for pick up.

At 2:05 PM (EST) an African American man in a white/silver pickup truck that was securing the entrance would not let me exit the facility. Shortly after being let in, I had an unexpected emergency and needed to leave immediately.
He would not allow me to leave stating that I had to wait in the hour long line in order to leave. I explained that I had an emergency and his response was I dont know what to tell you thats the only way out as he continued to block the entrance location with his truck. I advised him that I would be calling the police and at that time he began to physically threaten me. As I pulled out my phone to call the police, he finally backed his truck up to let me out while continuing to physically threaten me.
This is extremely unacceptable and I would really appreciate a follow up on this and a returned call. I have tried calling (626) 369-**** several times with no answer.
Preferred solution: Follow up with me regarding being physically threatened.

I went to buy food to jollibee Fairfield
When I'm ordering I'm making sure what is my order when I'm done with my order I ask the crew where is my cup she said I will give you after you food is done
Then all of the sudden she gave the cup to the customer behind me I ask again she said do you order a pineapple no soda
When I got my order and go home I checked the chicken it's cold and when we ate it it taste blood I rushed back to then
And when I was there the manager ask me what is the problem I told can u pls check the chicken she said it's cook
I was so upset coz i know what is the taste of it she just gave me another chicken I was so upset to the fact that she insist that it's cook
What kind of customer service this location have even sorry they can't say
