Incomplete food ordered
Its not the first time i received an incomplete ordered food however, it should not become a habit to always normalize this and this time, will not let go of this incident since its not like it is easy to earn money to spend for the food, also the inconvenience that it causes the consumers. I've been trying to contact the jollibee legarda bustillos and they won't even answer.
The customer service is not also useful since they don't have access to grab delivery issues and concerns so how are we going to raise it right away?!
that will be another inconvenience to the consumer. We paid for it and yet, we won't be able to redeem what we exactly wanted to have.
To anyone who is responsible for this concerns, i hope you give us feedback on this and do something about it.

Poor customer service
I asked my partner to buy two
Pieces chicken joy and since he an Arab the customer service did joy give him gravy or maybe they dont have. Atleast inform the client on the missing item or ask the client if they want one, the customer shouldnt decide by themselves.
This al falah jollibee is the worst jollibee for customer service.
Theres too much of them there but seemed that the service is very very slow. Thats why its better to have delivery on jollibee rather than going to their branch, because you can finish laundry at home while waiting on them.
Preferred solution: For the management to know that they need to train their staff many times
