Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They apologize and replace my filter. Send as much complaints, be consistent..it will get to the person on top..and He/She will resolve the problem.
I bought this shower head, and it was a passerby who saw my package on the street and brought it inside. Now I realize that I'm automatically in a subscription and that my replacement filter was delivered.
I sent numerous emails to say I have not received anything. There is no telephone number to call and speak to anyone. Now I get a response thanking me and saying that I must grade their help. I was furious; what help?
I got nothing, so until now I have received nothing.
After three weeks, I might as well call it a loss. But I want people to know that these people are scammers!
