Need help logging task complete on app
I couldn't easily find a number for a helpline at Zoe. Like most other organisations, they prefer customers to look at FAQs.
Anyway, after I was quite assertive/aggressive with a robot, I was able to chat online with a helpful person! Problem solved.

Email me. You told me to bin the seeds but there has been no contact since. I am surprised that Tim Spectre and all the other talented scientists allow this to happen.

I don't like the restrictions of how may 'like" and messages that I can send every day.I asked refund many times for unused period, but no answer. They took my money so quick, but no service.
I am not happy with their customer service. I want a refund for unused period.
