Dear Sirs, I am in Florida, in Orlando, and I am having difficulty finding the Joico K-Pak 4-step line: 1 Clarifying Shampoo, 2 Cuticle Sealer, 3 Reconstructor Deep Penetrating Treatment, 4 Hydrator Intense Treatment, 33.8 fl oz, in the stores where I usually buy them: Amazon, Walmart, and Target. They don't have the products.

Where or which other reliable stores can I purchase these products, or is there an expected restock date at the aforementioned stores? Sincerely,

I have been using Joi Whip mousse number 7 for years. I loved it.

However for the last year or so the top of the can always falls off and you cant get any product out. It didnt used to happen so whatever new design you changed to is terrible. I have 2 cans right now that I cant use. I give up!

Im tired of throwing money in the trash with my broken mousse with multiple stages of use. Please fix your design.

Burnt head , red itchy, tried to return, they said I could not return because it was open. That is ridiculous , I went way out of my way to return this product.

I wasnt pissed. I was just calling to inquire how I can get a hair color level finder. Wasnt able to get it from Joico but was directed somewhere else

I used a 6nv it turned out very red. This is the second time I used the same bottle.

I am wondering if there was a mistake in packaging the color is very redish/copper. Will somebody contact me.

Cant seem to get ahold of this company. They charged my card $25.99 with out my authorization. I've never even been on this website let alone order hair products from them.

I accidentally purchased a huge bottle of your colour endure Violet conditioner - I get my hair coloured (red) & highlighted (blonde) as I am 65 - I am a natural redhead but do to my age, I am gray. Can I use this bottle of conditioner on my hair? Thank you.
