These guys were horribly unprofessional. Items are missing from my things, items were rude.
The management underestimated the amound of my stuff so when the guys showed up they got all pissy and huffy with me as if it was my fault. They left things behind and drove off as I was calling after them to come back and load up the things they left in the drawers and closet. I have an entire small cainet that is missing. The weird thing was that they told they ere taking one route and then took another and even though they left long efore I did they arrived long after I did to my new home.
So it appeared that they must have pulled over and taken it out either to keep it or they had broken it and chose to hide it rather than just speak up. They were a joke!
The woman Lorie that i was dealing with about these issues treated me so incredibly rudely. She acted as if she couldn't be bothered or thought I was lying.
