Contractor will not stand behind his work

In April 2006 we had a paver walkway installed by John Precision Stonewalls of Branchville N.J. and it looked great. It cost $3600. In July 2006 we had a drainage ditch dug by Johnson, and when I asked him a question he became abusive and very arrogant and walked off the job, after we paid him $1100. We had to call another contractor and pay him $800. to finish the job. We were also told that the ditch was pitched the wrong way causing water to come back on our property. Due to alot of rain and freezing this winter, this week, I noticed the edging on the walkway had raised and moved away from the pavers causing some of the pavers to shift. My wife called Johnson and he stated that this was easy to fix, but he would never step foot on our property. He said he returned her call as a courtesy, but to never call him again.
