Worst customer service and car repair ever

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and lets just say, they are the worst. Sorry salesman who disnt know anything about cars and serviceman in the same category. I should have went with Johnson lexus in Durham as everyone advised me too. I wouldnt recommend for anyone to buy a car from this place. Go where your business is appreciated.

Johnson Lexus Of Raleigh Car Repair Review from Dunn, North Carolina

Raleigh Johnson Lexus **** horrible service workmanship. Failed to properly align ***i don't think they even aligned rear end*** of my cat twice in 6 months--6006 miles 1st pair of rear tires and replacements got only 6876 miles BEFORE car hydroplaned and crashed into median guardrail. Dealership was NON-responsive. I drive 300 miles to another dealership, filed complaint and Lexus Corp. replaced tires...Raleigh Johnson Lexus has: 1. Service techs who are careless; 2. Service consultant(s) who do not know cars. (Females --sorry, I'm a female but she was hired because she's pretty ** and no, I'm not jealous because I'm pretty too**; 3. Slack upper management who ignored me. Well Charleston Lexus replaced my tires and aligned my rear end and gave me a loaner car until this was resolved -- partially resolved because I'm hiring attorney to litigate against their self-serving business.
