Didn't received the services I paid for!!!
DON'T GO HERE!!!!! 7 months and counting and I am still waiting on my refund.
On Sept.8th I went to Johnson,Johnson&Associates to file my taxes, and after weeks of waiting, I learned my taxes were never filed. In December after repeated calls, I was told there had been a problem when my taxes were e-filed and they were never received by the IRS. This was the beginning of my ongoing saga of repeated calls, visits to the office, poor excuses and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. OH!
did I fail to mention while they did not follow-up to make sure the IRS received my return, they were at the bank cashing my check before the ink was dry. When I drive pass their huge billboard at Church Ln & Baltimore Pk. all I can do is think what a joke TAXPROS!!!
trust me when I tell you the PROS definitely do not stand for professional. If you were headed in that direction, please run the other way.
