Son was threatened
A manager threatened my sons life at Roseville location in California said you will not make it to your 18 th birthday I will hunt you down how can you threaten a child

Refund never got the order
I order food online through the page, I order 1 veggie lover, 1 Pepperoni Jalapeno Pizza, and 2 breadstick. I went into the store to pick it up, I have spoke with the supervisor and she inform me her store never received the order.
She have provide me the photo that they never gotten the order. The total of the order was $48.02 and I never got my refund back

Terrible service
Went to the one in Modesto CA. Spent over 150.00.
No fresh food. No one operating rides/game. Spoke with management he stated that employees were in training. He said there is two working but they in the prize area.
Mind you there was 5 employees in a huddle laughing and talking.
Manager tells me " ,I understand you being upset because this place is really pricey. Yes I was upset and feel like I should have been refunded.

No number to speak to corporate
My sons life was threatened by a manager named Al at Roseville location about an employee disagreement and was threatened multiple times by a manage to kill him hunt him down and my son is very upset and angry this is not exceptable behavior to talk to a minor like this

My daughters 3rd birthday party
I was told one thing over the phone and charged something else upon arrival. My party did not have a host nor did the birthday girl receive any type of recognition from the company like the other parties going on

Buena Park is disgusting, food is old and nasty it is very dirty workers are huddle up in a corner talking and not working or taking care of the games and rides. Children let the frosty machine run as well as the ice cream. Very disgusting place.

Purse got took
I need them to look at the cameras and see who picked up my purse out of my babies car seat, and they will not help me. None of the John's incredible team members would not take the time out to help me so I can possibly find my purse.

Very bad business practices. Half the food trays will be empty and the ones I have food in them is not of any good quality.

Booking for Saturday November 19 2022
The party was amazing and so were the host! I just thought the food did not deliver.
There was hardly anything left out to get food. Everything was empty a lot of the time. There werent enough staff to clean up around the drink dispensers where empty plates, cups and trash was left by customers. It just seemed really messy a lot of the time.
I didnt see any hand sanitizer dispensers close by as everyone is touching the same spoons to get food with. Cleanliness and sanitation was my issue and the speed of food, they definitely need more staff to be able to keep up!
Otherwise I think everything was pretty great! Maybe 2 hours for each party as well being that 90mins seems really short for the amount of money we paid!
