As above, no one Ever picks up the phone! EVER! I love the clothes, but customer service is poor. I have always thought that. Fortunately, I have ordered the correct size, never required exchange. Returns have always been honored and refunded. I would like more personal access, to be able to actually talk with someone!!!

Ordered pen set and stocking your site has crashed on sale daytried to order on line for mon and the I called store and spoke with raven pga mall fl she was rude and told me I should of called and would not hono sale 25%

I am trying to get in touch with them to give them a new credit card the one they have was hacked yesterday I want to get this resolved I have sent numerous text and called 15 times and no one will answer the phone I am getting more upset by the minute

I have called multiple times over the last two days and no answer.I have waited on the phone for 3 minutes each time and then it hangs up.I have emailed and left messages.Please return my call so I can return this 285 dollar dress that doesnt fit.

Unless one does a return on the computer it is impossible to speak to a customer service.. your customer service SUCKS.. and I am not ordering from you anymore...
