I recently purchased a sofa from Johnny Janosik. It was delivered with a tear and had several dirt spots on it.
When I tried to call the store, there was not a way that I could talk to a live person.
It is as if they don't want to talk to the customers. My only resource is to go through their repair company. I am not interested in getting my sofa repaired. I want it replaced.
When I told the repair company my thoughts, they told me that I had to make an appointment with them first, regardless. So, they deliver a damaged sofa that I want replaced and I have to make time to meet with a technician from their repair company only to tell them that I don't want the sofa repaired.
This is ridiculous. I am so very frustrated and disappointed!
