If I could give negative stars, I would. My recent experience with Johnnie-O has been nothing short of infuriating.
I placed an order using a widely available coupon code found on the internetone that their own system accepted at checkout without issue. My order was processed, shipped, and nearly at my doorstep when, out of nowhere, Johnnie-O recalled the package without so much as a courtesy notification.
I had to reach out to them myself to find out why my order had suddenly disappeared, only to be told that the coupon code I used was actually an internal employee code (their mistake, not mine). Instead of taking responsibility for their lack of proper discount controls, they punished me, the customer, by canceling my order and forcing a refund.
Lets be clearJohnnie-O had multiple opportunities to catch this before my order was accepted, processed, and shipped. The fact that they let it go that far only to snatch it back at the last minute is completely unacceptable.
If their internal systems are so poorly managed that they cant filter out unauthorized codes before checkout, that is entirely their problem, not mine.
To make matters worse, they didnt even offer to honor my order at the discounted price or provide any meaningful apologyjust a weak attempt at pacification with a 15% off code (which is significantly less than the original discount I received). This was their mistake, yet Im the one being penalized.
This is hands down one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had, and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this company.
If this is how they treat paying customers, they dont deserve anyones business. Buyer beware.

Failure to deliver order
My order should have been delivered by 3/11. It was meant to be gift for my son for St.
Patrick's day. I am very disappointed and would like a full refund of$126.26.
