John Scott roofing of Brooksville Florida replaced my roof about 6mos ago and came to my house to give me an estimate very polite and sales type at first meeting. After signing the contract He denied that we talked about some wood repair that was to be done than added more money to do such repairs after that all questions were to be made either to his girl in the office or the roofing foreman on the job and never would talk to me again.
The roofers had to come back twice because when they put the gutters back they never put half the nails in.
Be careful when you sign contracts because He put a lein on the house until He was paid in full took about a month waiting for the insurance check. I would not use this company again.

My thoughts exactly. How does this company have so many good reviews and be such a sub par company?
I have had many many issues and once you sign the contract, the owner of the company will have absolutely no communication with you. He lets his girls in the office deal with all the poor workmanship issues. I actually feel sorry for them, as a business owner, I’d be run out of town if I ran my business the way John Scott operates his. If you have roof issues please stay clear of this company.
I’ve never gave a company a bad review in my life and I’m 70 years old, but this so called company is absolutely terrible.
