Playing music in the Santa Monica, Ca. Club that has racists language with the words *** and ***
- Veronica told him he could cancel his membership if he didn't like it.
- He questions service, objects to racist gym music, and threatens legal action.
When I complained about this to the club manager Veronica she told me I could cancel my membership if I did not like it and walked away. Is this how your customer service works.
This is my last complaint I am going to reach out to the California Department that governs your business and get a lawyer involved and sue you if this does not change I don't need to listen to racist music while I am working out in a public Gym. Stephen Ross
