They were extremely rude and impatient with us. I would NOT recommend them.
I have never in my life been spoken to as rudely as Anna Quint Treboni spoke to me yesterday as my grandmother's viewing. I pointed out to her that there were 3 mistakes in Omi's book, including the month she was born in and where she was born and she yelled at me and took the lords name in vain. Robert Carter was extremely friendly in our initial meeting, then for the viewing he made us feel as though we were a complete and total bother. He was extremely rude and impatient with us. I would NOT recommend them.
