Another Funeral Director Flub!!!
- - Thumbprints from the keepsake service were poor; right is partial, left unclear.
- - We couldn't view prints before sending; would have asked for a redo.
Another flub by the funeral director! I just received my keepsake thumbprint from my the company that they use for this service.
The thumbprints that the funeral director got were terrible! The right thumb print was just a partial print and the left thumb was so close to the knuckle that you can't tell that it's even a fingerprint! My mother was cremated and we weren't able to view the prints before he sent them off. If we had seen them, I would have requested that they be redone!
SO NEGLIGENT AND CARELESS!!! Makes me feel like all that they cared about was their money.

- - Director arrived late in dirty clothes.
- - Guest book removed before service; obituary cards gone.
- - Bagpiper walk-out blocked at the door.
The funeral director showed up late to our meeting and he was wearing a dirty T-shirt and shorts. He did not present himself in a professional manner.
On the day of the funeral he pulled the guest book before the service even started. We had people who showed up late from work who never got to sign the book. Even the obituary cards were all removed!
At the end of the service, we had a bagpiper play Amazing Grace and he was going to perform a walk-out which means that he would continue playing as he left the funeral home. As soon as he got to the door the director let him out and immediately shut the door on him.
The bathroom wasnt stocked with toilet paper and there was only one for women and one for men.
There was a side room where we were told the bagpiper could play that was filled with all kinds of items that were just being stored.
It looked terrible!
I realize that this is the only funeral home in the area but that shouldnt make it alright to provide sub-par service to families that are going through a tough time.
I do NOT recommend this funeral home. It is worth spending a little more and going somewhere else!!!

They were extremely rude and impatient with us. I would NOT recommend them.
- - Anna Quint Treboni spoke rudely and yelled at the viewing; Robert Carter was friendly at first but later rude and impatient.
I have never in my life been spoken to as rudely as Anna Quint Treboni spoke to me yesterday as my grandmother's viewing. I pointed out to her that there were 3 mistakes in Omi's book, including the month she was born in and where she was born and she yelled at me and took the lords name in vain.
Robert Carter was extremely friendly in our initial meeting, then for the viewing he made us feel as though we were a complete and total bother.
He was extremely rude and impatient with us. I would NOT recommend them.
