I tried to use them…they have these commercials about how they have family values and such…
Don’t use John Moore, call someone elseWay too expensive
So I call John Moore.
The guy comesI show it to him, he seems so confused, like it some confusing job.
Then he goes back to his truck, tells my husband over $400.
Then he says $399.
We unfortunately say ok.
So again he comes back in, still ill prepared,
He brings in no bucket, no plan for when he opens clean out.
Luckily I had a large bowl.
I swear when he opened this and the dirty water and clog run out He Throws All The DIRTY CLOG INTO MY CLEAN BATHTUB
So I grabbed the last of the clog and flush down the toilet.
Then I START CLEANING OUT MY BATHTUB.
I really think I could done the job myself.
The man was so unprofessional. It was such a tiny jobwe pd the man the HUGE FEE.
We will never ever call them again,
Was their LAST chance & they blew it.
