The absolute worst car service I have ever experienced. Friendly staff but all of them lie to pleased me while I was waiting for a minor repair. I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced for over 10 hours. I stated in the very beginning, I would wait for the vehicle. This was my 3rd time trying to get it fixed. They kept ordering the wrong parts. So after finally having the parts I was willing to wait. I thought it could take up to 4 plus hours, but not all day. Anyway, when I finally checked, they advised me they didn't have the right parts. Mad as *** but I politely let them know I was disappointed and then waited another hour for them to bring my vehicle. Terrible experience that no car owner should have.

Horrible service dept no communication at all you have to call constantly to get status on your vehicle and if any one answers the phone you’re put on a long hold and have to call back

Took car in on Sunday night for recall and check engine light was told wed that guy that does recall work wont be back til next Tuesday but spoke with a sandra boles on Monday and stated that they were waiting on a clamp and should be in by fri am Called all day fri and was put on hold several more times sandra boles never answered my calls while on hold I will be at shop sat morning to pick my vehicle up and take it to another dealership

Took my car into the dealer on the 27th of July for an oil change. They told me the plug had been striped, so I paid for them to replace it. The total was 86.22. I returned to the dealer on the 5th of August and was told they could do nothing unless I leave the car for 8 days and they don't have cars to loan because of covvid.

Preferred solution: Fixed the problem on my car within a day. Covid is not an excuse for bad customer service and workmanship. Also, I want proof that the plug I paid for, was actually replaced for the one the worker said was striped.
