Purchased TV 14 December 2023, broke and reported 5 Feb 2024. Customer service appalling, been told by engineer it will be at least a week be for they can aquire parts.
Been on hold and talking to customer service for 1hr 32mins. No resulution, refused to ring me back, I have been a John Lewis customer for over 10 years now but sorry never again.

I had sent a complaint to John Lewis due to my dreadful experience when returning an item . I had no response or acknowledgment for 8 weeks .
Once I put it on this app I had a response within 2 weeks . John Lewis customer services have now responded to my complaint .
I only wanted to voice what had happened , and I am very happy that I have now received an acknowledgment . Thank you Pissed Customer for your help .
