Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Full explanation of the revised annual premium for car insurance given.

Not accepted by me and accordingly have I ensured with another provider.

This matter is now concluded. Thank you....

Very good except for this year's renewal car insurance premium. I have subsequently also received a telephone call from them ( a letter was received earlier)
