I received hate speech messages from your realtor, Nancy Eastman. Who is this person?

Please tell her to stop.

This is unprofessional. I am shocked, I have no idea who is this person is.

As a homeowner, I am now reluctant to use John L Scott for services in the future.

John L Scott Real Estate sold me a $550,000 house with an underground railroad in my front yard and claimed it wasn't important enough to tell me about it. Well, I think different and created a website to document it. https://www.johnlscottripoff.com I also filed a complaint with the Oregon Real Estate Agency.

My elderly mother was approached by a John L. Scott agent about selling her house.

I was concerned due to confusion on her part (he was also very charming and tried to act like he was her guardian angel) and contacted the agent. He refused to return my calls even though my mother gave him permission to speak with me. I then contacted a VP at their corporate office, explained my concerns about my mother being taken advantage of, and he promised to call me back. He never did.

My mother signed the contract without any assistance and is now in a very bad situation financially and psychologically.

Shame on you John L. Scott.

I contacted LauraLee Zuber-Titus about a property my husband and I were interested in a few months back. Hoping to get a nice friendly helpful reply!

I did not receive that. I received one sentence 'Unfortunately this is a no pet unit.' she did not ask if it was a service animal or a companion animal ( which he is), not even a suggestion for another rental unit. Just one sentence.

In Washington state the law for companion animals are that you cannot discriminate against them even if the housing description says *no pets*. I have been searching for the perfect home for the three of us and this discouraged me greatly I would have hoped for a better and more professional response from such a well-know reputable company .

Liars, total liars and direct violators of RCW 18.86.030. No brochures about the house available in box.

Dead animals on the property. Never contacted about showings. Never contacted about furnace dying.

Damage done to sprinkler system which is very funny considering our realtors husband is a sprinkler contractor.... Avoid them at all costs if we hadn't made an unannounced visit to the home we would have been flooded.

I signed a management agreement with JLS and they have mistreated our property, allowed renters to remove walls, drill holes and steal equipment they said we should leave for the renters. Locked storage were broken into deck railings removed all with the local manager's knowledge.

They never ever got close to collecting for the damages in full. They charged me for owner repairs that were never preformed or were preformed in less than professional / craftsman like form.

So far damages are in excess of $6000 and the house is still not back to the condition it was when it was turned over to them. SEE PHOTOS Left is before management Right is after John L Scott took over

Misrepresentation on what the agent Ken Crotts could do and his split in commission with the buying agent. They kept refusing to remove my listing. Absolutely one of the worst experiences in my life.

My mom is 73 and relocating from NC to WA. Kevin sold here a house that he was aware had no permanent foundation and a leaking roof.

Along with a multi list is major issues. He recommended the inspector so all was passed through for an FHA loan. We did not become aware of all the issues until she moved in and it went all Down hill from there. A friend walked into the house and knew by the cabinets the house was not level and without a solid foundation.

He rolled a coined and it was like rolling a ball down hill. I requested a warranty before the purchase and I did not receive one. Nor did he return my calls. Kevin Pierce works in Tacoma Wa area and small surrounding areas.

He is very unethical and basically a low life to take advantage of and elderly women for a $3000 commission. At the time he worked for John L Scott but since has moved onto another company.
