John Kennedy Ford - Truck Review from Brooklyn, New York
- - Promised STC fitting on my 6.0, but ETA was unclear.
- - Truck sat outside for days and I lost money waiting.
Not good business. Need a STC fitting replacement on my 6.0..called was told to bring truck in Tuesday morning.

Truck sat outside all day and night. But was originally told it was in the shop..so Wednesday I drive by truck still sitting in same spot. .so I stop in..now I'm told probably won't happen till Thursday.
Not even a definite answer. Meantime I'm loosing money cause I need the truck for cutting grass...4th of July weekend. And I'm getting the run around.
I could have had it done and back by a nother shop..what was the sense of making an appointment...very poor customer service. .not a happy camper
