Waiting for heating assistance since December
I have submitted application in its entirety to FSSA Crawfordsville to obtain heating assistance. Its now February and its pretty cold. My bills have been $70.00 for the past 2 months and I am freezing.
Preferred solution: a credit of $140 and deliver service

These are benefits for elderly seniors. but you wait forever for heating assistance and silver&fit comes 2 months late and requires you sign all your rights away. And its ususally 20 miles round trip
I have been waiting for heating assistance from the John *** Center since December. I have filled out paperwork 3 times and filled it with FSSA.
Its very cold and my heating bills are over $70.00 a month for one bedroom. Silver&Fit is a medicare plan and they want me to drive 20 miles to nearest gym and my car is to old for that. I have been on the phone with I.U. Health pat and Rhonda for days now.
These calls have used my minutes so I could not call my doctor. Deborah.deborah600@***.com In the past I went to Thatcher &Krannert and I received a check $135.00 to put on gym membership. What good is silver&fit if you cant get there.
Worst service I have ever had. No one knows anything and its ongoing of running senior american's all over the place.
