Your phone numbers don't work! I called on a Thursday, and your info online said you're open 5 days a week, and for some reason, it's closed today, and it's Thursday!

Mousse can doesn’t work
The number listed on my can of hair mousse was identical to the one listed online. It is not a valid number, and I believe it is a medical office of some kind.I have never experienced this with any other high end hair brand.
Zero stars.
I just threw out a completely new can of mousse, which isn't working, and there isn't a working email or phone number I can contact.
I would like a complete replacement or refund.

Problem with mousse

When I finally found a store that had the product, they claimed that the coupon didnt register and they couldnt honor it. Can you just send me a replacement of the volumizing mousse instead of a coupon?
