Paid FAKE 5-star REVIEWS to DECEIVE & ROB (potential) Clients
Warning: ZERO stars!
I put 5 stars on Google to be sure this review is seen at the top amongst the MANY DROWNING LIES.
This law firm is a FRAUDULENT smoke screen.
READ the 1-star reviews from REAL CLIENTS (other than myself) as this "business" has PAID for THOUSANDS OF FAKE REVIEWS to DECEIVE the masses, while pocketing 30% of the UNFAIR $5500 that they "might" get you. Want to know one sure way FAKE REVIEWS have been PURCHASED?
They typically only have a RECORD of having only that 1 review or maybe 2 the MOST. Just look for yourself.
Just LOOK at how this business has over 3000 "reviews". Even Morgan & Morgan doesn't have that. When you scroll through random law firms, the average # of reviews are LESS THAN 500!
These FRAUDULENT "attorneys" hiding behind John Foye, will LIE and tell you that after the 1st (unfair) offer from the insurance company, that if you reject it, it will be 14-17 MONTHS of litigation when truthfully, their JOB is to NEGOTIATE on your behalf BEFORE LITIGATION.
How lazy & incompetent. They want you to accept the 1st offer so that they can make a quick 30% at the EXPENSE OF ROBBING YOU, the client, while having done nothing but compile your documents for submission. Then, unfortunately, YOU end up WAITING OVER 4 WEEKS for HALF of what you were "awarded". They take "their cut" and then the medical fees are deducted.
So yes, your check will be about $2000-$$2500. Do NOT hire these criminals who OBVIOUSLY hate their line of work. If you make the mistake of hiring them, FIRE THEM and hire a new lawyer (but not before another attorney accepts your case) with REAL POSITIVE REVIEWS.
Get on FB, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube to OUT these unethical, cowardly crooks who care NOTHING about their line of work in helping you win your case.
REPORT them to your LOCAL NEWSTATION.
REPORT John Foye & Associates to the Georgia Bar @ 404-527-****.
Call &/Or Mail your complaint to the Attorney General's office.

FIND a COMPETENT ATTORNEY who isn't afraid to sue criminal law firms when they are involved in a HISTORY & PATTERN of LEGAL MALPRACTICE & PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE.
These miserable and incompetent lawyers even stop communicating with you at any given time.
Keep track of all email correspondence and record your calls with your attorney in case you need to sue them.
Lastly, google is well AWARE of unethical businesses like this one creating FALSE ADVERTISEMENT & FALSE REVIEWS. They are a part of the PROBLEM and shouldn't be exempt from a class action lawsuit either.

I’m not defending these lawyers or lawyers in general, but if you don’t like the offer or their timeline then tell them you will pay them hourly and to cancel the “No fee unless they get money.” When you pay $300+/hr you can tell them every little thing you want done.

I live in the northeast and wouldn’t live any further south than Virginia. But what is baffling and unintelligent is you.
Too poor to pay for legal representation and too stupid to take an offer that would pay your medical bills, pay the lawyer’s fee and leave you $2000. The fact that $5500 would do that and you’re displeased just screams GRIFT.
