Company refused to discount my item when it went on sale 10 days after I purchased. The entire website all sale products and regular price went on 15 % off

John Fluevog Shoes - Company refused to discount my item when it went on sale 10 days...

I went online and saw some boots I liked. They only had 1 pair left in my size so I bought them.

They would not bring them to the Calgary store and I had to pay a shipping fee. Ten days later the entire website sale and regular priced items went on sale 15% off for the entire weekend and I asked for the price adjustment to be put back on my original form of purchase and the company refused. I asked to have my matter escalated and I have been ignored. I told them how many pieces I had in my current collection and the reality that I am a founding customer at the store this company didn't give a damn.

Corporate GREED is out of hand and I am so exhausted and dishearten at being treated like nothing more than a walking wallet!!! I will never shop here again and will never tell people where I buy my items and I get asked all the time

You having worked in the retail field for 50 years ought to know how business and sales work, but you seem uneducated. If you were my employee and not following company policies and giving price adjustments to everyone, I'd have you fired on the spot.

If corporate greed is a thing, so is personal greed. You really should stop shopping so much seeing how $48 makes or breaks you, give all your money away to the homeless and not hoard it.

You are a media person for Fluevog or something. I ran my own business for years and years and how greedy can I really be idiot if I already owning several pieces in my current collection.

Fluevog did the WRONG THING WITH ME regarding this matter and I stand with my complaint and will NOT BE PROMOTING THIER COMPANY OR BUYING ANOTHER ITEM FROM THEIR STORE.

THEIR GREED LOST A LONG TIME LOYAL GENEROUS KIND AND FUN LOVING HAPPY TO PROMOT THEM CUSTOMER, SO BUZZ OFF as you are NOT IN THE KNOW ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHAT CONSTITUTES GENEROSITY. IT IS MY LONG TERM GENEROSITY THAT ALLOWED THIS COMPANY TO STAY IN BUSINESS AT ALL

So they offered a solution by making an exception to their already stated policy and you’re still mad? And you think the solution is to punish people who compliment your shoes by not sharing the designer? Seeing your other reviews this entitled behaviour seems to be a bit of a pattern for you…… besides, you would think a ‘founding customer’ would have a firmer grasp on a company’s policies… or at least a firmer grasp on reality

I PAID WITH MY MONEY NOT WITH A STORE CREDIT. CORPORATE GREED MUST STOP.

THIS COMPANY IS PUNISHING ME AND THEY ARE ROBBING ME AND THEY DO NOT GIVE A FIDDLERS HOOT ABOUT THEIR TACKY, CRASS, FAKE, DISREGARD FOR ME AND MY MONEY. We are a small company and adhere to the policies you agreed to when you placed your order online. "John Fluevog Shoes does not give refunds on sale items." Your inquiry was escalated, the store manager acknowledged it, and an exception was made for you, honouring you with a store credit.

I REITERATE, NO ONE WILL EVER HEAR WHERE I GOT MY PRODUCTS NOR WILL I EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. YOUR CORPORATE GREED LOST YOU A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

You sound awfully entitled and unreasonable. I'm sure this business will be just fine without you!

Writing in ALL CAPS signifies screaming, so you obviously were not controlling your emotions in your response. My toddler has the same problem; can't control his emotions when he needs a nap!
