when you say they do not give costumers information about changes about their registration system and you have issues and then they close the ticket and dont admit that they were in the wrong and never ever reply anymore, they must not do that to paying costumers should be illegal , now i cannot use the softwares for a while while i am paying and they also dont refund as stated on their site, everyone look out, their support is really disgusting !!
