Positive Experience

My dealing with Joe Knows Tickets was very good. I realized a week before an event that the tickets were scheduled to be sent just a few days before the game. Talked (via email, not a problem with me) to company and they contacted their mailing service and had them overnight the tickets. I intend to go directly to them for future needs. I did have the same experience as some others in that I thought I was ordering from another company and did not know it was Joe Knows Tickets until after I ordered. For me it was a very good thing. All communication with them was professional and courteous. More frustration should be directed at the company we thought we were ordering from. They pulled the switch, not Joe Knows Tickets.

Joe Knows Tickets Paul Mccartney Concert Ticket Review from Chester Springs, Pennsylvania

This company fraudulently sells tickets. I bought $230 tickets to Paul McCartney. They sent me $99.50 tickets thay were not in the same section. What was worse, is that I thought I purchased them from Ticketmaster, but the email said Masterticket.com. The mailed ticket was from Joeknowtickets. I got ripped off. I will make sure I never make that mistake again. When I called them, they said they are a third party vendor that sells tickets at under or over face value. Their address is 110 Wallstreet Suite 5-011 New York, NY. I guess they can get away with this. Ugh!

Joe Knows Tickets 2Cellos Ticket Review from Bridgeville, Pennsylvania

Yes , I ordered Two Two Cellos Tickets for Feb 16,2016 cost Me over $500. Tickets came and they'd switched seats and sold Me 2 $52 tickets. I realize now I should have gone straight to Benedum to get tickets, but being in hospital at time didn't realize it was really overpaying for tickets that I thought were better seats then they switched them on Me to tickets they were selling cheaper. I rack this up to inexperience and not doing homework but was just so excited to get to see them. Lesson learned: NO MORE JOE BLOWS TICKETS!!!!

Resolved: Joe Knows Tickets Review from Rochester, New York

Ordered over 600$ in tickets 6 months ago, still have no tickets in hand. All I hear is, we'll be in touch before the event. The event is in september. That we will have our tickets within 2 days of event. The only way to get ahold of anyone is email. I will already be in chicago the week before the event! I've explained this in writing. They don't care they have my money. I would not recommend this site to my worst enemy. What us my next step? Attorney general? BBB? Not sure, but we have lost our patience. I have all correspondences along with receipts. Btw, I had to order 6 tickets by splitting them up, 3 at a time. The other company had a human to talk to for customer service, and I got the tickets within the week! Shame on you that I have to take this to social media

Now I realize I never saw the code RETGT1 That would have saved me $100 right there. Now I'm really pissed!

I spent over $1600 in a matter of minutes and I'm sorry I did. I was unable to order all the tickets at once so I was forced to do four separate transactions which alerted my bank after my first transaction. At any rate, after making all my orders I checked my email. Where upon I found a 6% discount for future orders. Had I checked my email after my first order I could have saved substantial bucks. No alerts. Nothing. I should not have to pay for shipping 4 times. Total Red Flag or simple B.S. I hope Joe Knows Tickets sees this and rethinks charging me 4 shipping fees.
