Joe is extremely unprofessional and has poor communication. I really enjoyed working with the sales person and after many red flags I mistakenly gave them the business. The whole project has been an absolute nightmare. The sales person will say one thing and then Joe will call and try to get a different response from my husband. The prices are not firm, so if you get a quote, expect major upsell. I highly regret choosing this company and wish I had gone with another company that respects my decisions and is upfront and honest with cost and pricing.
