Not receive my payment
I returned an item with the invoice inside and I have confirmation from the carrier that you received it on November 6th. I have not received my payment.
I tried to call your home and speak to someone in French without success, the line cuts out.
I would like to know the status of my refund.

Why, as a first-time online buyer eligible for a 20% discount, I was not informed prior to placing an order? For example: provide this info in one Email, not separately! In doing so, you offer a clear message for the "brand new customer"!

Order price adjustment or cancel order
After placing an order for a total of $ 61.89, I checked my Email box for a confirmation, which I received.
I also took notice of another Joe Fresh/Loblaw Email containing a code number
(WEL-M90M-CR5Q-DWVF) for a 20% discount on my first online purchase! Unaware and needless to say, I did not include the code in my purchase!
I missed out on a saving of circa $12!
I ask you consider my request to adjust my final price purchase, honour and include the 20% discount, my first online Joe Fresh purchase.
Do you really mean: Nothing but The Best for You?!?
If you cannot make this adjustment for me, I kindly ask you to CANCEL MY ORDER IN TOTAL, also REMOVE ME FROM YOUR MAILING/ADVERTISING
LIST.
