But I guess he has to be to get your business. Kinda like a car salesman.

- - Bought a lemon vehicle tied to Joe Cooper and Credit Acceptance; regret not knowing dealership reputation and seeing fraud allegations in reviews.
I purchased basically a vehicle that was a lemon and fraudulently that became a problem between the dealership Joe Cooper and Financing Bank Credit Acceptance. I wish I know this dealership had a reputation as I wouldve just kept my vehicle and especially after seeing negative reviews from other customers that they fraud as well.

- - Overcharged and refused sale price; light cover and dented fender.
- - Suspension failed; $1700 paid though dealership warranty remained active.
Overcharged me on car, refused to give the sale price. Havent fixed the light cover or dented fender.
Both front and back suspension went out, extended warranty of course didnt cover it ended up paying$1700 when the dealership warranty was still in effect. Tried to discuss all issues with a manager, who refused to do anything. And said I threatened him when I said I will be going to BBB and used car commission.
Been a nightmare every time. Wont take my call to get my $1700 back either
- Smile to your face and take advantage of you at same time
Preferred solution: Properly fix fender, honor their in house warranty and refund repair costs and honor their advertisement
User's recommendation: Don’t go there
