- - Email said delivery occurred, but nothing arrived.
- - No sign at door or mailbox and no proof of delivery.

Received an email that my order was delivered & no sign of delivery, nothing left at my door or mailbox. I called their customer service number to talk directly to a representative but it is constantly gives a busy tone.
I went thru a chat procedure & got an email they got my complaint & would get in touch with me but never did. Usually on all deliveries l have had when there is a delivery a picture is taken to show proof.
I have gotten no response whatsoever. They should refund me for my order that was not delivered.
User's recommendation: I have no recommendations as l have never had a problem in receiving items l have ordered for delivery. This is my first experience & so disappointing as this company suppose to be reputable as in the past l was able to go directly & purchase these support hose. I was very anxious l found them on line as l was in desperate need to purchase these support hose for medical purpose suggested to wear by my doctor.
