Beautiful dress! I was so scared to buy online my wedding dress but it was a great choice! The dress in reality looks exactly like on the pictures. The material doesn't look cheap at all. No one believes me when I tell people how much I paid for the dress. I ordered size 8, because I was afraid that if the dress will not meet my expectations and will be made-to-order I would not be able to return it. Now I regret a little bit, because the dress is perfect and I would need to do some changes on my own, as it is a little bit loose at the back. I would recommend to anyone to buy dresses from this website!

Appalling service - do not use!! I cancelled an order within 24 hours - they refused to do so saying it was too late to cancel!This is not the case according to their website. Then they said they would cancel but the dress still arrived - horrible colour. They are now ignoring my emails and I do not know how or where to return the dress! Thoroughly dishonest company

These people are the absolute *** of the earth and are nothing but oxygen thieves. Contacted before ordering a wedding dress to ensure it would be delivered on time - nothing ever received, and they then switch to ignoring emails hoping people will give up.

I ordered 6 dresses for my bridesmaids. What I received was an absolute joke - the sizes were huge (not what I specified), the colours were awful and the styling was wrong. They also arrived damaged with black marks. They were completely different dresses. More frustrating and disappointing was their attitude when I asked to return the dresses for a refund - they refused. I know this is illegal and as such I am in contact with a lawyer. They're not cheap dresses costing circa £80 each - I have never been so disappointed with service like this in my life.

A few facts: -I provided exact measurements for my dress. -The dress was shipped 3 sizes larger than what I specified. -They wouldn't let me return the address. -They agreed to let me return the address. -They will only offer partial refund as they need to cover the cost of material ! -Not my mistake - why should I pay? -No customer service. -Not based in Singapore - Factory is in Shenzhen China -Company has a Hong Kong Billing address: GLOBAL BEST TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED, UNIT 530 BLK 9,5/F HONG KONG SCIENCE PARK SHATIN NT -Company number: 163**** - Registered with the Hong Kong Government -The company owner is: HAIPING JIAO at 25TH FLOOR, LUOHU BUSINESS CENTER, NO, 2028, SHENNANDONG ROAD, LUOHU DISTRICT, SHENZHEN, CHINA -There accountants are: VANTIC ACCOUNTING & CONSULTANT LIMITED at 2/F WESTERN COMM BLDG 31 DES VOUEX RD WEST, HONG KONG - Mr Chan is the head of this firm of accountants -They have many websites registered through Go-Daddy to a London address of: Joanne Taylor, 100-101 Harley Street, London, W1G 6AP with an email address of guibaimao@***.com. Vanessa Taylor is also listed as an administrator of the email account. -They have told me not to use the LIVE Chat function on their website to contact them. I have told them I will use any method of communication I can until I receive a full refund. -I am still trying to get my money back and they are deliberately not responding to my emails. Firstly i would like to say, any good reviews on this place are fake and done by the company themselves. now here is my experience with the company. A few months ago i ordered a dress and cancelled it within 24 hours, This seems simple enough, no money was taken so they simply just had to cancel. However, 3 days later the money was taken out of our account and after contacting the customer service multiple times, asking why and when can we have a refund, they said " i am sorry for this, but dress was shipped, and it is too late to cancel the order". (including broken english) This surprised us as it was 3 days after the order was taken and it was also supposed to be custom made to our specific measurements, so we began to question this excuse and the overall quality of the dress at all. Then we agreed that we will wait for the dress to come so we can then send it back and get the refund we deserved in the first place. However, once again it wasn't that simple, its now two months later and the dress hasn't arrived and all kind of response from the customer service has stopped. They ignore our emails and fail to respond with any valid excuse. I have proof of all of this saved on my emails yet they still fail to take responsibility. This is the most obnoxious and unprofessional website i have ever seen and i demand that they contact me ASAP. They have also gone as far to delete my account so that i cannot see the order status of the dress. To conclude, on a website like this even something that seems so simple can turn into a disaster

Last week I have ordered a cocktail dress from here for my step daughter, after placing the order I found some negative reviews..... Ignore these. After many sleepless nights the dress arrived and we could not be happier, the cocktail dress is gorgeous, the quality, finish and attention to detail Is just perfect. We were lucky after advice from my sister we ordered 2 Sizes bigger than required and I'm glad we did. So my advice is use this company they deliver as specified, order at least 2 sizes bigger and enjoy the dress. At last i want to say thank you Joannesdress.co.uk And i foud some other video that about their other products. For your reference.
