Just visited the citrus location in tampa, Florida and was extremely unhappy with my experience. Sewing class I signed up for was useless. Instructor only knew her machine. Unable to help 4 of 6 students with different machines. Cost of class not refunded and cost of supplies not refunded. Very annoying. Tried to ask questions the week prior to class but no one answers the phone at these stores. Go elsewhere!!

What an horrible store. Lines are very long, only one employee is in charge of cutting the fabric. And employees are SO incompetent and rude. I was there yesterday with my husband.
