The tracking information stated that my order was delivered, then in transit again, and I never received my order. I have emailed the company two times and reached out on social media platforms as well.
I have ordered from them before and have never had an issue. Now, all I want is my order or a refund!

I ordered a ring on September 09, 24, and I paid for expedited shipping (5-7 days) as well. It is now October 3, 24, and I have yet to receive my ring or a refund from Joancee despite several attempts on my part to seek resolution to this issue. This is not ok!

This is my first time ordering from this company. You guys have communication problems, especially when people are spending good money with you.
I don't want to guess my arrival date. I need to know so that I can track the mail properly.

Lieing and unprofessional
Iv bin trying to contact on a refund as they lied to me about a free gift and will not answer or respond. Absolute unprofessional, and would recommend know one evens buys from you.

I emailed them with the order number and tracking number. On their page it says 60-day return I ordered the item on the 25/11/23 I've emailed them a few times to ask for an update of my refund still haven't had an email back
