Need a replacement button for new Joan River shirt
I tried to get a replacement button for a first time used shirt from QVC, no success with QVC. I was on your chat box but to talk to someone by phone I was asked for my credit card information which I did not feel comfortable giving. Is there a direct number I can do the calling?

I have a set of 10 earring balls in different colors which I love but the post on one of the findings which fit into the ball earring broke and I want to get a replacement for it. I have tried to reach out to both QVC and your phone number, but cannot get anyone to help. I hope you can direct me as to how I can get a new findings for this set so I can continue to enjoy the earrings.

In May 2015 I purchased a Joan Rivers Boyfriend Expansion Watch with colored dial from QVC. I loved this watch and received many compliments on it.
A few week ago I noticed it had stopped and when I pulled the stem to check the time, it came out completely. Took to a jeweler and they wanted almost as much as I had paid for it to repair & replace battery. QVC gave me info on company to see if there was anything that could be done. I would appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
I am not a "pissed" customer, have many of Joan's pieces of jewelry and some fashions.
Please help and let me know, what, if anything, can be done. I understand this watch is a discontinued item.

Broken earrings

I received a beautiful pair of Joan Rivers earrings as a gift from a friend. They are approximately 1" in size, gold tone with green, purple and red rhinestone clip backs.
The very first time I opened the clip in order to place them on my ear, the clip broke. Not just on one earring but on both of them. It was my impression that her jewelry line was well made. Is this line really as cheaply made as these earrings suggest?
At this point in time it is highly unlikely that I personally will ever purchase any of her jewelry. I am totally disappointed with this merchandise.
Joan Rivers Right to Bare Legs

Bought 6 tubes of product for $34.98 and website tacked on an additional $65.91 for processing. How hard is it to toss 6 tubes in a box and mail.
They can afford to give the product away with the exorbitant processing fees they charge. I received the confirmation email and called immediately to cancel the order. The representative said the order had already been sent and indicated I was sent 8 tubes (6 listed on order) and charged $7.00 per tube for processing ... still does not add up to $65.90.
They just tacked on a few more dollars -- Like the show (For a few dollars more - staring Clint Eastwood).
Just wish "Dirty Harry" could confront these folks. Their representative could not explain the charges, but indicated I had to pay.
