JOAH Brown Took Care of My Issue
I placed an order for an item and accidentally ticked the wrong size. I ordered on a weekend.
I sent an email with my issue, and asked for the size to be changed. I also called them the following day, right when they opened.
After about a 30 second wait for a representative to come on, I explained the issue and she took care of it right away.
I have bought a few things from JOAH Brown, and will continue to do so. My experience with them has always been a positive one.

I really need to make some exchanges for Christmas. I spent a lot of money.
I had no idea that I can't make exchanges just cause it was a black Friday sale. I ordered some things for my daughter, but I ordered a couple couple things in the wrong size
User's recommendation: Definitely would ordered more in future but felt like your. exchange policy was ridgid and when I called felt like myour tone was not so and the things ordered were not out of date refund policy and exchange policy was too restrictive for price of your items my daughter loves your things I would have been way open to ordering more but after over 1200 etc or more purchase and not being refunded and making exchange of 2 shirts such a exception and then I had to get gift certificate makes a consumer feel cornered and most companies do allow exchanges for brand new items some even not open ‼‼‼
