This person is the most unprofessional project “management” ever. She kept withholding $money to pay the workers, she had them waste so many days without supplies. The crew never had ANY supervision.

AI Highlights
  • - Shoddy work; flooring padding missing, floor dips.
  • - Unprofessional contractor; workers sexually harassed me; 2+ year delays; plumbing failures.

Shoddy work at best. Flooring missing padding - you can feel flooring dip or give way. This person [PERSON_NAME] is the most unprofessional person Ive ever dealt with. She clearly doesnt know whats shes doing. Her workers are disgusting and sexually harassed me most of the time they took to finish our addition. I honestly couldnt wait for them to be out of my home. What was supposed to be completed by the end of the year ended up being 2+ years

I honestly think she was pocketing money because my father would give her money for supplies and money to pay her workers. Then this March there was something clearly wrong with our plumbing. We had to have someone come and get under the house

They found that [PERSON_NAME] workers didnt brace the piping off the ground - it was just laying flat. - water started coming up my shower & tub

The sewage had nowhere to go because they didnt brace the pipes off the ground to allow the crap to flow out

We had to fork over $600just to have someone come out to see what was wrong

We were quoted $8k to go under the house to fix what [PERSON_NAME] workers did was not up to code and wrong

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR FOR ANY QUALITY WORK. She seems to get these jobs only bc she has a license but once shes landed the contract she leaves, you never see her stop bye to check on the quality of her workers work

Better yet you play phone tag with her, she constantly tries to make changes to cut out items that were originally agreed upon

So if you see her headed your way, turn back around and head for the hills

DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN WITH YOUR HOU$E OR MONEY

Its funny how I had to buy closet doors, shower door, pendant light over island because she was only going to buy me 2

One more thing, her workers do not respect your property. They tread it like a landfill and if youre not watching theyll help themselves to it!
