Good day, I would like an e-statement for my account immediately; very urgent. I can't wait a day or two to be contacted.

Cash has been removed from my account without my knowledge and I need that to be dealt with urgently. I am off the island, so I cannot come in to any nearest branch. Please email me urgently or call me at.

Terribly dissatisfied with your service. Tired of hearing I will be contacted in 24 hours and all now.

Nobody answer the phone. Ive been holding on for one hour.

after that, the phone cut off in my ear I never see such rude people. I called them Monday after last week and somebody told me they were going to call me back Wednesday of this week. Now its Friday.

Nobody called me I take the initiative to call and that is what happened. Nobody picked up I hold the phone for an hour, nobody picked up then it just cut off in my ear
