I was chared but never received product

I ordered speakers for my 89 year old and never received oh they charged but no way to contact # is disconnected

I purchased Sabrent Classique Weather Resistant Indoor/Outdoor Wireless Speaker System w/Remote for $149.99 + $24.76 shipping. (Total $174.75) They were returned within 30 days of purchase for the following reason: When using the battery option of loading each speaker with 8-C size batteries, the speakers operated for 4 days.

Over that time frame, the speakers were operated for about 90 minutes each day. They were installed outside under a canopy on our patio. There is no 110 volt power source on the patio. After each day I would shut off the power and bring them inside.

By the fourth day, the sound was cutting in and out of the speakers. I bench tested the speaker batteries and found they had dropped from 12 volts to 10.94 volts left and 10.98 right. I notified the company and returned them. Now here's the rub: Their paperwork stated you MAY be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Needless to say I was hit with that fee even though I repacked all components properly and there wasn't a mark on any part of the units. I was credited $119.99 on my VISA plus it cost me $14.70 to ship it. I am out $54.76 and believe me, this system (parent company JMJ Supply LLC distributed by 4homespeakers) will wind up in someone else's house with the same results. Technically this company can make $30 per unit just by shipping it back and forth between customers and their warehouse.

I would not recommend this system. Low price and low value go hand in hand on this one.
